USA and Canada: 6 - 20 days
Oceania: 8 - 20 days
Europe: 8 - 20 days
Latin America: 9 - 26 days
Other countries: 11 - 30 days
Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Returns and Refunds
We accept claims for returns and refunds only in cases when a product is faulty, not working, or received damaged within 48 hours after receiving the product.
The product must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. The buyer must pay all return shipping costs and register their return package with a tracking number. You’ll be credited for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax minus actual shipping costs. Shipping will not be refunded.
Return packages must include:
Receipt of purchase
Assigned Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #)
Your refund will be processed once we have received the product in our warehouse.
Any other cases are not accepted for returns and are not refundable.
In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!
